I think Glint is a bonus quest monster, so you'd get the usual exp I'd guess?

I think he's asking about the drop. Drops are random even in boss battles, but if he got something good, i'm sure it was REALLY good.

It would've taken about 5-10 flares from there to kill him I think and I was the only one left alive. When I saw I was the only one left alive, I knew I was dead and just took the ss
